I am familiar with software development, implementation and support from the technical and end-user viewpoints. This uniquely qualifies me to prepare documentation that becomes an asset to the user of the product and a reduction in support for the product owner. Because of my systems training and background, I provide clear and logical documentation for user manuals, procedures and instruction sets. I am a great fan of embedded help and believe the technical writer can greatly assist in the development process as an advocate of the 'user'. Being fluent in HTML and CSS, I can create and maintain web sites. I am also familiar with preparing help for web-based applications. Testing services are available for software developers.
