High Performance Metrics Reporting System (HPMRS)
To support a consulting intervention by the Continuous Learning Group at Verizon Communication's business service centers, we designed and implemented a system that provides charts and reports of agent revenue, adherence to schedule and number of calls data. It also logs and analyzes agent observation data. It is currently installed in 16 Verizon call centers.

Quotes & Proposals System
Revised and updated a sales quoting and proposal tracking system for General Electric’s Meter Division in Somersworth, New Hampshire.

Reverse Point of Sale System
Designed, managed and implemented a ‘reverse’ point-of-sale system for Halton Systems. This system tracks the returns of bottles and cans. This system is installed in all Shaw’s and Shop ‘n Save supermarkets in the state of Maine. It uses a touch screen and scanner and is designed to be easy to implement for a non-computer literate operator base that changes frequently.

Psychological Testing
Designed and managed the development of a commercial testing package. The system provides results and recommendations from a psychological test designed for prospective employees. Also wrote the WinHelp file. This product was provided in 16- and 32- bit versions for Stoelting Company in Wood Dale, Illinois.
